- Escape Ladder: Place ladder in desired location in the well and screw 2 self tapping, metal screws into the holes provided. The Escape Ladder is now permanently affixed as per code requirements.
- Safety Grate: Place Safety Grate over Window Easy-Well™ opening to prevent accidental fall in. The grate sits on top and can be easily slid off to remove.
- Polycarbonate Cover: Remove the protective plastic sheet from your polycarbonate cover. Locate the velcro strips and place one side on the Safety Grate, then secure the other side firmly on the well cover, and attach.
